1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ats4d ("we", "us", "our", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the ats4d website located at https://ats4d.cam and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the website, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. • "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User to access ats4d Services.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds available in a User's Account for wagering purposes, displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on any game, sporting event, or other wagering opportunity offered through the Services.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by ats4d subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm User identity and age eligibility.
• "Services" means all gaming products offered by ats4d including sports betting, live casino, slot games, togel (traditional Indonesian lottery markets), sabung ayam (online cockfighting streams), and other gambling entertainment.
• "Withdrawal" means the process of transferring funds from a User's Account Balance to their designated bank account or e-wallet.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use ats4d Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. Online gambling by individuals under 21 is strictly prohibited under Indonesian law and ats4d policies. We conduct mandatory age verification during the KYC process and reserve the right to request additional proof of age at any time.
• Geographic Eligibility: You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian address. Our Services are designed specifically for the Indonesian market and may not be available in certain jurisdictions where online gambling is legally restricted.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering agreements.

• Non-Restricted Status: You must not be on any list of prohibited or restricted persons maintained by ats4d or regulatory authorities. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who pose a security risk or violate our policies.

Violation of any eligibility requirement may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending bets and bonuses, and forfeiture of account balance. ats4d is not liable for any losses incurred due to ineligibility violations.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah). You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and legal action.

4.2 KYC Verification

ats4d is required by international gaming regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) laws to verify the identity of all Users. As part of our KYC procedures, you must submit the following documents within 7 days of registration or before your first withdrawal request, whichever occurs first:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or passport showing your full name, photograph, date of birth, and ID number.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government document issued within the last three months showing your name and residential address matching your registration details.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of yourself holding your ID document next to your face to confirm you are the genuine cardholder.

Verification typically takes 1-24 hours. Until verification is complete, certain account functions including withdrawals may be restricted. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time for ongoing compliance purposes.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any other security credentials. You must not share your account details with any third party. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, and you will be held liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify ats4d immediately via email or live chat if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

ats4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and major e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method as displayed on the deposit page. ats4d does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposits are typically credited instantly. If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited as part of our AML policy.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made once your account is fully verified. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method. Most withdrawals to major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours during business hours. VIP members enjoy priority withdrawal processing.

You may only withdraw funds to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching your verified ats4d account details. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited for security and AML compliance. ats4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals or if we detect suspicious activity.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Certain deposits may be subject to minimum wagering requirements before withdrawal to prevent money laundering. Typically, deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time at minimum odds before withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ats4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback rewards, free spins, and VIP loyalty benefits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. These specific terms are displayed on the promotions page and in your account when you claim a bonus.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing hedged bets, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without risk, is strictly prohibited. ats4d reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close accounts involved in bonus abuse.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a standard wagering requirement of 8-15x the bonus amount for deposit bonuses and 20-30x for free spin winnings. Sports betting bonuses require bets at minimum odds (typically 1.50+). Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, sports bets contribute 100% if odds requirements are met.

7. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing the details of your bet before confirmation. ats4d reserves the right to void bets placed in error, on obvious technical glitches, or at incorrect odds. In case of any dispute regarding bet results, our decision is final and binding.

ats4d uses certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for all casino games to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. All games are regularly tested by independent auditors. Sports betting odds are set by our trading team based on market conditions and may change at any time before bet acceptance.

7.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), bets are settled based on official competition results at the time of match completion. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets may be voided or settled according to the specific sport's rules as published on our website.

Live in-play betting odds change rapidly based on match events. We reserve the right to suspend live betting markets during critical moments and to refuse or limit bet stakes at our discretion. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; if any selection is void, that selection is removed and odds are recalculated.

7.3 Maximum Payouts

ats4d reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain bet types. Maximum daily winnings from sports betting may be capped at Rp 100,000,000 per day unless otherwise stated. Progressive jackpot slots pay the displayed jackpot amount in full. Individual game maximum win limits are displayed in the game rules.

8. Responsible Gaming and Account Limits

ats4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts per day, week, or month.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Using the Services if you are under 21 years of age
• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts belonging to others
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your name
• Using the Services for money laundering or other illegal purposes
• Colluding with other players or engaging in chip dumping
• Using bots, automated software, or third-party tools to gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting technical glitches, bugs, or errors for personal gain
• Engaging in bonus abuse or fraudulent bonus claiming strategies
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or ats4d staff
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise platform security
• Using VPNs or proxy services to mask your location or circumvent geo-restrictions

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension or closure, voiding of all pending bets and bonuses, and forfeiture of account balance. ats4d reserves the right to report illegal activities to relevant authorities and pursue legal action.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the ats4d website including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, audio, and video (collectively, "Content") is the property of ats4d or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content without express written permission from ats4d.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ats4d and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, revenue, profits, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or account access
• Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure credentials
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers
• Errors in odds, game results, or payment processing

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using the Services and close your account. In no event shall ats4d's total liability to you exceed the amount of your account balance at the time of the incident giving rise to liability.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute, complaint, or concern regarding the Services, you must first contact ats4d customer support via email at [email protected] or live chat. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably within 14 business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our complaints department. We will investigate and provide a written response within 30 days. Our decision in all disputes is final and binding unless you exercise your right to pursue legal remedies.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ats4d is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that territory, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

For Users located in Indonesia, certain consumer protection laws may provide additional rights that cannot be waived by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms shall limit such statutory rights where applicable.

14. Account Closure and Suspension

ats4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable law
• Providing false or fraudulent information
• Engaging in prohibited activities as defined in Section 9
• Failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes
• Suspected money laundering or illegal activity
• Abusive behavior toward other Users or staff
• Account inactivity for 12 consecutive months

Upon account closure for Terms violation, all pending bets will be voided, bonuses forfeited, and remaining balance may be confiscated. If account closure is due to inactivity or voluntary request, we will process withdrawal of any remaining balance after deducting applicable fees.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. We will process your request within 7 business days. If you have active bonuses or pending bets at the time of closure request, these may be forfeited.

15. Amendments to Terms

ats4d reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on the website at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must stop using the Services and close your account before the changes take effect. We will process any remaining account balance according to the Terms in effect at the time of your closure request.
